Kitchen Fun Sunday

Mango salsa.  Not enough mango, too much cilantro (I didn't put very much in there...) otherwise yum.  
 

Honey bread.  My bread machine makes 2 lb loaves minimum, but often small loaves end up weird and wonky due to the two paddles.  My bread machine cookbook makes 2 lb loaves maximum.  This is a 1 lb loaf + a 2 lb loaf (math...) and turned out perfect :)
